My Milk Delivery is a delivery service brought to you by Dale Farm and a network of independent community milkmen, operating across Northern Ireland.

Dale Farm is a farmer-owned dairy cooperative – our range of dairy products - milk, cheese, butter, yogurts and more - have been enjoyed in the homes of families for decades.

My Milk Delivery has been launched to share details of the available doorstep delivery network at a time when bringing safe, nutritious food into your home, is now more important than ever.

My Milk Delivery has been set up to share details of our existing doorstep delivery service. It helps you to find your local milkman and set up regular home deliveries of dairy products.

Your local milkman will approve you as a customer so you can order a range of fresh, locally produced Dale Farm products from milk to yogurts, delivered direct to your door.

We have a large team of independent local milkmen operating across Northern Ireland on behalf of Dale Farm.

To better service our communities and meet increased demand, we are currently working to expand our distribution into new areas.

As the independent milkmen in our network are self-employed, the cost of products may vary slightly between areas.

Product pricing should be similar to pricing in your local convenience store although a small delivery charge may be applied at the discretion of your milkman. Your milkman will provide you with product pricing and any delivery charge information when you make contact.

Our network of milkmen tend to deliver your products before breakfast, however we recommend you check this with them, as times and days vary between areas.

Your local milkman offers a wide range of our fresh, locally produced products, like Dale Farm Milk, Cream and Custard, Dromona Butter and Cheese and even Spelga Yogurts.

We recommend you check availability with your milkman directly. All Dale Farm products are made with fresh milk from our 1,300 local dairy farms, the same farmers who own the company. In choosing Dale Farm, you are supporting our community of farmers and choosing fresh local produce.

Upon contacting your local milkman, they will verify that they can take your order. Once this is accepted, they will provide you with details of your first delivery day and work to accommodate you with the first available slot.

Billing and payment procedures will vary by milkman, therefore we recommend you check directly to find out how they will bill you and how/when they will collect payment.

Amidst the rapidly evolving Coronavirus pandemic, we at Dale Farm, as a local farmer-owned dairy cooperative, take our responsibility to feed the nation seriously.

We are also committed to delivering a safe service which is designed to limit contact with others and maximise safety throughout the milk delivery process.

The way in which payments are taken varies according to each milkman. Some are now accepting contactless payments such as PayPal or online banking transfers. Please check with your local milkman for more information on individual payment processes.
